I've heard a great deal of people complain about how there are very few intelligent black comedies so I wonder how many of ya'll have seen Hav Plenty? This independent flick was released in 1997 and has a widely unknown cast of actors. It was written, directed and stars Christopher Scott Cherot who earned a Grand Jury Prize nomination at Sundance. Not bad. Cherot even went on to write for the first season of BET's College Hill. If you haven't seen it RENT IT ASAP.
Here's my girl Zoe Kravitz gracing the pages of Nylon Magazine..I love her style they need to give this girl the COVER already smh @ their constantly non-black headliner steez
The gov. is Tyanah A. but Thicki Lake sounds better especially coming from 80's babies/90's kids. I write, mostly poems for the time being and I can't keep my opinions to myself. Tune in to watch me pop off from both angles and feel free to clap back from your own :)
